Increasing irritating app

I feel like these latest updates just are not working properly. A few months ago it would not load, I updated my phone and the app, and lost all of my work that wasn’t uploaded to the cloud. The tiny “movie” that runs every time you jump on the app is just wasting everyone’s time. I just want to get on and have design space open up. Im now writing a review because the app is having difficulty opening up for me again, and I have a lot of work in there I need to save, to both the cloud and phone. I do like the improvements that have been made, but it’s still having difficulty opening and working properly every time I need to get on. I use Cricut alot for my small business, and it’s frustrating when I can’t get the app open. I do not want to have to delete it again, and have to reinstall it again, and lose my work.

I’m so beyond irritated with cricut all together. I’ve never had anything crash like design space. It doesn’t matter if I’m using my computer, tablet, or phone. It constantly crashes causing me to lose hours of hard work. I’ll be using something else from now on. For a brand to be so costly, you’d think they would take more pride in their software.

I can’t connect my Cricut explorer air 2 to this app on my chromebook or my iPhone. It only works for my hp computer. It’s a huge inconvenience!

I’m trying to learn Silhouette because Cricut is down a lot. I also don’t like that you need internet. My internet has been glitchy. So I have to switch to my phone wifi.

Why does this keep crashing

I haven’t been able to use design space. Every time I tried to add a new design to print and cut or an old design to canvas it immediately crashes. I’ve tried reinstalling and nothing stops it from being completely unusable.

I’ve been using cricut for sometime now and I have to say I’m unhappy with cricut design space and the cricut machine. Cricut design space sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t there have been times where I’ve had to wait on doing a project just because design space doesn’t want to work I use design space on three different devices and all three I’ve had trouble. Support isn’t much help either. Another annoying thing with cricut is their machines red flash causing me to have to waste supplies and supplies means money wasted. Customer support was no help with the red flashing as well. If you are in the market for a cutting machine and software look into others cricut isn’t really worth the hassle if I would’ve known this from the start I would’ve invested in a different machine and software. I’d leave 0 stars if it would let me.
