I love the machine, but hate the mats

I really love this machine but the mats lose their stickiness very quickly. I’m going to try some adhesive spray to see if that helps.

I don’t think it’s very user friendly in a lot of ways

I thought this sounded so convenient, so I gave the iPhone app a try. I was able to set up my document and print just fine. But when it came time to send to my Cricut I got caught in an endless loop of selecting my machine, pressing “next,” then having to select my machine again over and over again. The project never sent to my machine to cut, which is why I gave this one star. If it worked, it would be a 5 because of the convenience and functionality of the canvas.

Dear Cricutaccess, You have been a very strong support networkf for mewhen I have had issues with my Cricut and walked me thru my problems until they were solved. I am extremely grateful and believe the staff are professional and accurate when handling there jobs. Thank you. Also, the categories available to download are awesome and the variety are a a wide range. Some you have to pay for but if you are a cricutaccess member you get a discount. From labels to cars to games to tee shirts to svg to png to anything you can almost imagine the will at least have a sliver of what your seeking. Than they have the ability to design your own and that is awesome and gets you in tune with your creative side. All in all, cricutaccess is a win win and worth the money, the fonts alone are worth the ten dollars.

Update & DS Fail

Since the update to the “new” design space layout, my app does not work. It continues to crash, does not save my projects, doesn’t allow me to work on projects. It takes over a minute to write the word “and”. And if you go to edit typing it just puts the line where ever it wants and destroys everything I was working on and doesn’t allow me to fix it. I’ve been working on 4 lines of work for over an hour! And support isn’t helpful. Changing devices doesn’t do anything, the saving to the cloud doesn’t even show on different devices. I HATE this update, and will quit paying for DS because of it.
