I’m so annoyed . As a small business owner I need the machine and the app that I spend monthly payments on to work correctly ! I have to reinstall CONSTANTLY and am I reimbursed my money for the times that it hasn’t worked? Ofcourse not! It’s glitchy, it won’t load my designs (and my internet is STRONG so it’s not that) and I’m not experiencing any issues with any other apps or devices . Please fix the issues and I should be reimbursed about 2 months of payments AT LEAST for the continuing problems

As someone that pays for a membership every month it would really be helpful to have an offset option on iPad and not only pc since I don’t have a pc yet I’m still paying every month.

I had an update on my cricket design app now I no longer have my cricket explore air two on there I am unable to use it. Please fix this issue with gives me the option to find my cricket machine. That is a lot of money I have used to buy everything I have for my machine. And now it can only sit there I can’t do any of my jobs

UPDATED REVIEW: I think at first I didn’t read the instructions carefully or I miss interpreted them. Idk, but after signing out of the cricut app & deleting it, I then restarted my iPad &reinstalled this app. I signed in, went to my iPad settings( while my cricut machine was on) & I connected through Bluetooth. As it originally told me on the app. My confusion was that I thought it was talking about the cricut app settings & not the iPad settings. Anywho no complaints at all now. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I had an old iPad Air (2015 MODEL) &the app kept glitching &messing up my creations. App kept telling me to update to the latest IOS 15 OR HIGHER. My iPad Air kept telling me it was already updated to the latest IOS. so I updated to an iPad Pro 5 gen. MY iPad Pro is updated to an IOS 15 & now the app works amazing with exception of the fact that it won’t connect to my cricut maker now. I’ve done everything that the help tab on cricut webpage suggested & still nothing.

These should be available on the mobile version. To keep two highly used features for laptop users only is ridiculous,its also disappointing that it does not work with chrome books at all. If I peeps have known prior to purchasing My machine , I would have never ordered it. I now have had to buy one expensive machine and a new laptop to boot
It should come with a warning label…

I was so excited to start doing project. How hard could it be, right? Wrong, you need a Phd in technology to make this thing run. I made the mistake of spending a little over $400 on machine, accessories, vinyl, etc. It arrived and I was super excited, opened the box, no manual. What?!?!? I had to go online to figure out how to set it up. It took me hours to figure it out. They suggest this video, if that video doesn’t help, then try this video. If those don’t help try searching YouTube, because there are several instructors there…ain’t nobody got time for that. Talked to my friend today who has one and is willing to help me, she said that she had to call another friend for help. Apparently the only way to figure it out is through the social network. So the end result right now is that I spent over $400 for a vinyl letter “M”. I feel like the biggest sucker. Their response “thanks for the input”. (My translation of their response was “thanks for your hard earned money”.)

I hate the fact that in the app you cannot do offset. Not everyone has the luxury to have a laptop or desktop use this app on which is the only place you can do offset. ALSO…if you do save something with an offset to the clue from the desktop app it DOES NOT work in the iPad app. I spent way too much money on my machine and all the tools to have it be this difficult. Fix it.

I feel very lost with this thing!!! I recei it as a gift in August 2021 and it’s February 2022 and it’s still not working. I’m not getting responses to my questions??? It sounded like there was so much help available and I’m not finding it, very very very disappointing jajowen
