I appreciate the accountability aspect of it. Technically speaking tho, the app is very glitchy. When I’m trying to type a new search on the search bar, the browser randomly goes to previous pages. It is also slow. I hope this can be fixed soon.

I’ve had nothing but problems since the app updated to require a VPN a number of months ago. My phone has become glitchy and the disconnects from networks randomly. The VPN idea is a great one, but it has slowed my internet connection and it cuts out frequently. There have been some updates that fix the problem for a while, but then it goes right back to messing with everything on my phone. I am likely going to cancel my subscription because I am so fed up. Thank you for the years of accountability that have really helped me overcome my pornography addiction. I’m sorry to go, but this app is beyond frustrating.

This really helped me in my struggle with pornography. I no longer have the crazy impulse that I get from pictures and pop ups on the web which would cause me to venture to a porn site. I am thankful for DJ wade O for constantly promoting this on his radio show!! ???

We’ve been using Covenant Eyes for almost 10 years now. They keep making things better. The latest version 4.1.6 is very stable. I have had zero crashes and have been able to update my OS on both iPhone and iPad. Don’t be alarmed by earlier reviews - these versions were glitchy. I have CE on my home computer, 2 iPads, 1 iPhone and 1 android device and they all work very well. Thank you for helping to protect me and my family.

As a parent, I want to endorse this app. Unfortunately, I cannot due to the technical problems. The VPN constantly locks up the browser and the only remedy is to delete the app and reinstall. I’m at the point where I have to do this at least once per day. Very inconvenient and problematic when you have to do it for the entire family.

I have subscribed to CE since the very beginning and have loved what it has meant to me and our family. I was also one of the folks that begged for something that connected and filtered everything on my phone. Unfortunately, this iteration is sometimes makes my phone unusable. Most apps that access the Internet become slow and unresponsive. Google maps, Netflix, Apple News App, Hulu, Lastpass, podcast apps etc. in order to get these to work sometimes requires me to delete the CE app or turn off the VPN...a true pain. YOU MUST ALLOW US THE OPTION TO HAVE THE BROWSER WITHOUT THE VPN! I have been with CE so long that when I started I was paying around $3/mon and now I am paying $12 for a product that doesn’t work. I’m so sad
