This app is an Internet browser for users of Covenant Eyes Accountability and Filtering. It is designed to replace Safari. If you use Accountability, sites that you visit using this browser are monitored and reported on your Accountability Report. If you also use the Covenant Eyes Filter, sites will be blocked based on your Filter Sensitivity Level and your custom block/allow list.
IMPORTANT
• You must be a Covenant Eyes member to use this app.
• Disable Safari and other browsers for maximum protection. To access the Internet, you should only use the Covenant Eyes browser app.

This app does its job for protecting the user from inappropriate usage, but seriously, it should not take 2 minutes, 2 crashes, and 1 freezing up to load a simple web search. This app has major issues and is completely awful for anyone who needs to use their phone quickly. This issue is not due to my phone, my phone is new and in great condition, but this app makes it seem like it’s an iPhone 4.

Covenant Eyes has a great mission and great potential with their product. I have been using CE for about a year and when it works, it works very well. However, at least once a week I will be online and encounter search results that should be blocked. I have to uninstall/install to get it to work again. It also has not worked on my Macs for about a month. I called tech support and I was escalated and they still cannot figure it out.
App is awful, needs to work like computer

I love the idea of this, but it plain and simple does not work. It doesn’t block everything it should and it blocks stuff it shouldn’t. You have to have so many extra restrictions set up on your phone to actually block everything. I don’t want anyone using this app to get any ideas so I won’t list out all the ways it doesn’t work, but safari or what-not is the better way to go, just make sure the restrictions are set up whatever way necessary.

Please find a way to remove the connect on demand and delete vpn option from the application as you can easily just choose either one of these options and get pass (around) the vpn and browse any website

You can manually turn off the program under settings by shutting off the auto start up function. The internet browser is finicky at best. Sometimes the pages lock up and won’t let you change tabs . Even now I cannot see what I am typing . It’s like white text on a white background. Very odd indeed.

Like the service. Hate the browser. Makes me feel low about myself even, “I cant have a decent working browser cuz I have a problem”. I’m rating the browser at 1 star. The service Covenant Eyes provides is worth it though
