App is broken, locks restricted mode on YouTube, and, depending on the filter setting, blocks any website that even remotely has anything inappropriate on it. Also sends the “accountability partner” an email anytime you mess with it, even if you turn off background app refresh to save power. Puts a VPN on your whole device, which basically spies on everything, parents can see EVERY URL THATS ACCESSED. All in all, I hate it and it makes my life terrible and paranoid, while also slowing down my phone.
Worked fine until I did update on 5/18.

I've been using CE for about 2 months. No issues until the most recent update. Now, the browser constantly freezes and when i force close it, I have to sign in again once I reopen. This causes me to lose any tabs I had open. Also it doesn't keep everything you had open in your history. I've gone back to find things I had open before force closing, and none of the pages I had open are there.
Shady business and overactive reporting.

The device-wide accountability for the IOS reports sites that I either have never visited or that have literally no pornographic content. Examples of over reporting are things like a download link for the Waze app (it’s a very good navigation app, by the way), and political talk radio. This is more harmful than not working at all because it sows distrust where I haven’t earned it. The desktop version significantly slows down browsing, and also blocked me from viewing a competing accountability software’s website, x3 Watch, which is shady and dishonest business on the part of Covanent Eyes to say the least. I would expect better from a product that is the most expensive on the market by a long shot.
Show when we uninstall the VPN/App

I am appreciative of this app and company, but I would appreciate it more if deleting the app and taking off the VPN triggered an uninstall marker on our reports. Thank you. It would help all of us a lot.
Failing to record activity

Covenant Eyes keeps sending me messages saying that accountability has been turned off and then emailing my partner saying that there is missing browsing history. Overall, it is proving to be more of a hindrance than a help, and not worth the money.
Not always reliable

I get a heading in my subject line, saying “Looks Good for NAME”, but when I examine the report, I see that NAME has tried to open many sites that I have asked Covenant Eyes to block. CE has blocked them, but the fact that NAME has tried to go there does NOT “LOOK GOOD”! Several times a year, I have to call CE to get one of my guardeese re-hooked up. Not sure how he gets off CE when I am the guardian.

This app kills your phone battery with the VPN going and app launched. Would be an amazing tool if this was fixed!

Humility is great
This app only works 1/2 the time, and when it does work it's unbelievably slow and glitchy!!! I'm giving it 2 stars because at least it works half the time, so that's something. If your looking for a app that tracks what you do, then get the app. But then you have to ask yourself the question, "why have an app that tracks what I do, if it DOESN'T let me DO anything half the time!!!
Not What I Expected

I don’t surf the net to sites I shouldn’t view but thought this would be a good way for my wife to be assured where I do go and where I don’t. If this were my soul browser maybe it would be more effective. Site is way to hard to negotiate and there is no place to discontinue online (that I could find). To uninstall one has to have a code? NONSENSE! My wife never gets reports as I requested anyway! Left a message tonight. Expect a call tomorrow. We’ll see.
