The app freezes up everytime it goes to the order screen and won’t load. Just wanted to make developers aware of this.

Some times I have had issues with making choices then editing them and having pickup time or location change on me. Store managers have been helpful in these situations

Was charged for two orders when I ordered one. Asked about it and they said there was nothing they can do and I have to wait ten days for a refund.

Payment method gives option to use American Express but will not accept it. Also, does not allow Chili’s gift cards to be used as payment. Lucky food is good
Terrible app..hit or miss quality food

The food the majority of the time is good. But sometimes they do weird things like change the portion sizes or give you super old lettuce for the salad. The app is TERRIBLE it takes forever to put the order in, it’s always glitchy and will give you errors.
Why can’t we order garlic bread on the app?

We can order garlic bread all day long in the restaurant. Why not on the app? It would be easy to make it a side item. Even if there is an up charge, it would be better than not at all. Also Apple Pay would be awesome too. Thanks.

The waiters are always super nice and helpful. Management does a good job at this location. We’ve been coming to this location for many years and even with the Covid situation they keep things running well.
