I'm still so Disappointed
I do not like the feature for gift cards, can we please update this......
Can’t use gift cards

Can’t order online for delivery and use a gift card. Also the customizations don’t include some basics like no salt added, only onions as opposed to no onions and no green peppers.
Our go to place when we just don’t know what we want

Somehow it seems we always end up at Chili’s getting the barbecued ribs for dinner when we can’t think of anything that sounds better. Just love their food and great service

The dessert rewards should be honored in curbside too. I have a compromised immune system and would prefer to remain in the car. Just think about it. Help your customers as they help you Chilis.
New update is awful

Seriously the worst app “update” ever I NEVER I mean NEVER make reviews but it’s soooooo bad I have to! I updated and now nothing will load I tried to use the app on someone else’s phone to just be able to order dinner and it basically forced me to do the update on their phone as well and it did the same thing on his phone. We even tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it and still crap.
I love Chili’s but the app is trash.

We love chili’s but when we order on the app we always have to call the store to add on a side of guacamole. There’s no add option for the $1 side only like $6 for chips and guacamole which we already get the chips with the 3 for 10. We have complained twice when getting the feedback text of how they did post pick up of food.
