Great take out!

The app makes ordering take out really easy and they are very efficient with the food when you arrive, and everything is delicious!! I highly recommend Chili’s and their app.

The food is great but the app is frustrating. It’s not easy to get to the cart from the main screen and I can no longer see the order I just made. It just keeps prompting me to setup another order but I just want to double check on when my order will be ready, not order more food.

When I got to the restaurant and tap the “I’m Here” button, I got 3 different messages saying that my check in could not be completed and to call the restaurant. But then on the screen everything looked fine like I was checked in and all good. Right now I have no idea if my order is actually checked in or not bc there’s nowhere to see current order status.

Usually the app works good put since the last update you can’t place an order with the meal for 25 on the menu and I have trouble ordering off the other menu items also

We absolutely love Chili’s!!One of our favorite places to go. We Love Kelli !! Daniel is awesome, and Jacob is so sweet.

New update ruined the app

My fave restaurant but the the new update freezes ans don’t work much. Lots of blank screens. My web is great. I was forced to update the app before ordering. Then downhill after that... bummer. I now have to place previous orders through the app or call for new orders :/
