Love Chilis but what happened with you being able to customize your orders before submitting them? Bring back the ability to customize the orders.

C’mon, Chili’s! This app could be so much better. Save my address for starters. I shouldn’t have to enter my home address at all, certainly not on the 4th or 5th time I’ve had it delivered to my house because there’s nowhere else to be in COVID times. And order status? Non existent. Not in the menu. It shows it after the order but heaven help you if you tap anything else because it’s gone forever. Why? If you keep it and don’t do anything, it doesn’t display the map that DoorDash has. And it’s them delivering. iPad friendly? Nope. It’s 2020 and should scale properly and take advantage of the larger screen. But it does not. Chili’s this app is the single most important connection you have with your customers right now and you haven’t taken it seriously.

You cannot put in special instructions on everything! I do not eat pork and was told to call after placing my order to let them know no bacon on my soup and it WAS BACON ON BOTH OF MY SOUPS!!!!

Every time I try to do curbside delivery I get that error. Doesn’t matter what credit card I use, or if I use the app or a computer. The card works fine at the restaurant but I can’t order with it for curbside.

I just bought $200 of Chilis gift cards which I can’t use on this app or the website. Gift card scam!!!

I love being able to pick up an order I my way home from work. However, I’m a bit of a picky eater when it comes to my food and drinks. I would love it if you could select if you wanted ice or not in your to go drink. That would make me want to get a drink from y’all more often without using the free drink reward.
