Asked to put me on waiting list , never did I had to call again to see why it was taking so long to get my message turns out i wasn’t put on the list just waisted my time !

After going through the painstaking process of creating an account with insane password rules, manually entering payment info (seriously, why can’t it use apple wallet) the order errors out and says to contact the restaurant because the app can’t connect with the restaurant. Nope. Not taking more steps and jumping through more hoops to give you money. Your poor app experience lost you a sale.

Worst customer service ever. Never received my birthday reward. I emailed them. They replied 3 weeks later that birthday reward added, it wasn’t! They blame the Corona virus just like everybody else.
