App is a little slow but work fine.

App told us 14-22 minutes and when we get to restaurant to check in they told me a minimum of 45 due to people ahead of us. People who signed in after us but signed in at restaurant so they got "dibs" in the waiting line. I said then what's the purpose of signing in on the app? I can understand 5 maybe 10 minutes off on the estimated waiting time but 30+ minutes!?!? I guess that's why I hate going to chilies, especially in my town!!!

I am a loyal customer to chilis. I work right across the street from one of their locations... In nanuet NY and the food here is great the service is great. Im always in and out and when I pick up my food at lunch time its always nice and hot. Its my go to spot all the time!!

I pre-organized our order the night before so that all I had to do was to place it about 15 minutes before the end of Church service. But the Order was dropped because it was not placed. Really? Your app cannot hold the information? Just the menu items? I didn’t get to the payment information! Then, at the start of Church I put in all the information, including payment, and let it sit for about 45 minutes till the end of service. Again, the app dropped the Order. Sad.

Order online laggy

Order on line is laggy and I had to start over multiple times. Would have been faster to order at restaurant and wait.
