Worst customer service I have ever received! – Chick-fil-A Review

I placed a mobile order today, and have always been able to pick these up in the drive through. This time after I was there to get it I was told I had to come in. I explained I had just had knee surgery and it was very painful for me to walk in. To which they replied they were sorry and I would have to come in. I asked if I could cancel to which they said no. As I hobbled across the parking lot the3 workers at the window just watched me. No cars in the drive through, 3 workers watching me. I finally get inside, no customers at the counter but plenty of employees standing around doing nothing but staring at me. No one offering to help even though I was obviously struggling. I'm amazed at the lack of empathy and care. Needles to say, I will find another place!
