Tried to order using this app about 5 times, each time when using the redeemed reward points an error is given and asked to order again at full price and rewards disappear. Super cool to tempt with rewards and never let you use them… to make it even better I get charged twice for the order so that error order charge goes through but no food is made from it. Super frustrating to go through customer service each time and to appologize they give you more rewards…that you can’t use anyways…

In general app is ok but my one major complaint is it doesn’t let me look over the menu when my local is closed. I want to consider choices for later in the day or a later time. No need to keep the menu off till the location is open.

Okay I downloaded this app and for some old reason my number don’t work! I try so many times and it still doesn’t work! I even shut off my phone!!!!??

I be been having problems with the app for the past 4 months. This is very discouraging because I can’t open it, redeem my points, receive free menu items nor collect points when I purchase something. I have called Cares, spoke with someone inside the establishment and still have not heard from anyone regarding my issue. This is making me very irate and also frustrating because the app does help. It keeps saying my phone is not compatible but I haven’t experienced any problems as of about 4 months ago. Can someone please help because it’s causing me to not eat there anymore or as often as I used too.

There is no way to put the table number if ordering when inside the restaurant. The only way is if you know that this is an issue and you add the table number in the special instructions.
