Let’s start telling you that the app doesn’t have all the menu, not even kids menu, all is by si for items no combos horrible and then the payment service doesn’t work I have to use another app to put my order. First and last time to use this piece of crap.

Needs more ease of navigation

Dislike having to go through all the categories to find an item , you can’t simply search an item and have it pop up. If there is a search it is buried somewhere and I un-intuitive.

I cannot download the new app because I have an older iPhone and it will not except the new app which means I have a hard time getting to anything like a free cookie that is waiting for me in the app frustrating

You’re probably wondering why I have them a 2 star rating well I gave them a 2 star rating because I HAD 949 POINTS AND I REDEEMED A SANDWICH AND FRIES AND THEY TOOK MY POINTS FOR THEM BUT WHEN I GOT TO CHICK-FIL-A TO GET IT MY REWARDS WENT AWAY OUT OF NO WHERE SO THIS IS WHY I GAVE THEM A 2 STAR RATING!!
