We rarely go to Chick-fil-A due to one minor flaw with this app.

We rarely go to Chick-fil-A due to one minor flaw with this app. When ordering, why do you insist a customer be at the store before you start making their food? Wouldn’t it make more sense to give the customer the choice of waiting and having it as hot as possible vs. picking it up faster? I would personally order 5-10 mins away to try and arrive as it’s ready. Today I ordered from 5 mins away, arrived to an empty restaurant and waited an additional 15 mins in a near empty restaurant. Still waiting, and frankly, even less likely to come again.
