App – Chick-fil-A Review

I be been having problems with the app for the past 4 months. This is very discouraging because I can’t open it, redeem my points, receive free menu items nor collect points when I purchase something. I have called Cares, spoke with someone inside the establishment and still have not heard from anyone regarding my issue. This is making me very irate and also frustrating because the app does help. It keeps saying my phone is not compatible but I haven’t experienced any problems as of about 4 months ago. Can someone please help because it’s causing me to not eat there anymore or as often as I used too.
