Always a pleasure to go and eat. I go after work on Saturday. No real problems. Delightful counter person, when I order for there. Been using the mobile app for carry out, for to go orders, and it is easy to use. Easier than other food mobile apps.

This saves so much time and is super convenient. Our store is always crazy busy but they still get your food out quickly. The app just makes it that much better. You can also earn free meals which is great!

After utilizing mobile orders several times at this location and being less than satisfied, today I was greeted with a smile and received my order with a thank you-a smile- and swiftness! The swiftness is the most impressive because I've got a very brief window to get my lunch and get to work! Thank you for this experience ?

My family and I LOVE Chick-fil-A but this app leaves a bit to be desired. I placed my order for 3 of the same item. I could not actually submit my order though until I had reached the parking lot. This makes the app useless. I was sent a text once I parked my car stating that my order was ready and to go inside to pick it up. It was NOT ready. In fact, we were told that they had run out of strawberries and were out getting more. We had to wait additional time to receive our order of 3 strawberry lemonade ice cream treats. Again, this made the app useless. I would have ordered something else but I had already paid for my order so....... we waited.
