Chase Bank is so on the ball, there are branches everywhere and inside the branches the tellers and bank managers are helpful and pleasant. It is a pleasure to do business with Chase and so easy with online banking. Many thanks Jamie Diamond!

first time going thru fraud and chase decided not to help me even with enough evidence.The supervisor named terrence kept repeating that it has been over 60 days, but how was i suppose to know that.The people i had talk to that did the fraud told me to wait about six months to see a change in my credit i waited then my school loan started sending me emails that i needed to get back on my payments…so im just wondering if they keep repeating this 60 day rule why couldnt they just tell me no in the first conversation we had instead of getting my hopes up giving me credit and ten days later get the money tooken out my account…i had really high hopes just cuz of the evidence i relly thought chase was going to help instead they just denied me help
Requires later version of IOS than I have.

If you have an older phone (iPhone 8) and don’t update your IOS this will not work for you. Recently it updated and I can no longer log in without updating to the latest IOS. Not ideal.

Would love to be able to use factual recognition And have immediate access and immediate access to my check deposits through mobile banking. I'm late on my rent because I deposited my job check and I wasn't available until the next week. Thanks for great in location customer service, but I work during the day so waiting until I can go to an ATM OR physical location is inconvenient .
