Runaround on auto phone

I was invited to speak with a technician for help on a website inquiry and then wasted 15 minutes trying to get help and access on the phone, as directed. Terrible service.
Over their terrible service

I’m a private client I have to call the fraud department regularly, wait 50 min to speak to someone or answer a call that eventually tells me no specialist is available and to call back (why call in that case!!!!)…. Never protected me from anything, just made my life consistently harder, often making waste an hour on the phone to get a simple brokerage transfer done. Over this bank. Closing everything this week!
Chase messed up my property tax documents

Chase has been one of the worst financial institutions I’ve ever worked with. They had an incorrect tax ID number when filing my property taxes. They ended up paying for someone’s taxes that were twice the amount mine should have been. This caused them to incorrectly change my escrow payments and making my mortgage payments increase by almost $500 a month. They have understood they made a mistake but this mistake occurred in September of 2021 almost 5 months ago. They still have not corrected their mistake and as it stands my property taxes still haven’t been paid nor are my mortgage and escrow payments corrected. They need to be held liable for mistakes they make and fix them timely and this could ruin someone financially.

Ultimate rewards through the Chase is worthless

Doesn’t work. What’s the point of having ultimate rewards if you can’t book anything? How can a bank as big as Chase get this wrong. Infuriating!!!! You’re now forcing me to book travel through your app and it doesn’t work.
