They just messed it up

The app used to be pretty good, but they just changed the way they order transactions on all of your accounts and credit cards. It's absolutely awful and I find it so much harder to check and verify my balances. The new feature wouldn't be so bad if by default I was ordered the way it used to be. However, it currently ruins the usability it used to have.


No QuickPay or fingerprint??

There is no option to do QuickPay.. And fingerprint log in hasn't worked in ages.

It's so irritating how it takes a whole ten days to process a small check. If I need money I can't use it because Chase decides to make you wait for it. You guys need to work on that asap

Alert notification??

Handy to see you have an alert indicated by the red dot in the side menu but once you click 'view alerts' you need to go on a wild goose chase to find which account the alert is for! Can you not have a red dot next to the account or the account name in bold on the 'select account' screen? I want to be able to clear/read alerts quickly. Thank you

The upgrade ruined the app

I just updated my app to the newest version and now I can't use my thumbprint to access my account. When I try to enter my password, the wheel just spins (meaning it's processing) but it never opens. What happened?
