The app needs to have a feature for requesting a credit increase! Why not?

I can not download and use the app due to my phone having 12.5 iOS and not 13. It states it will download the last compatible version to fit my phone but it does not. It is so frustrating. I loved using the app before this requirement. This needs to be corrected. I am sure there are many phones out there that are older and other users feeling aggravated as I do!!

Ok, I know My iPhone 6 is old, but it works so good that I just don’t wanna change. But this edition of chase seems not agree with me. It keeps saying I need update my system into iOS 13 or above. However, they only give iOS 12.4 to the iPhone 6 users. So I get it, my phone just way too old to use chase s fancy app. So what can I do now?? How am I going to deposit my checks in Midwest???

I can no longer use this app until I purchase a new smart phone. I have never been limited from seeing my money because I don’t have a nice enough phone. I am going on year 17 with JP Morgan Chase and this is enough to make me switch banks.

Everytime I check this app I have to update it. It’s really painful. With every update the password has to be reset !!! Why can’t you all just decide what you want.... what’s with the constant upgrades ! I use so many other bank apps and this one really gets on to my nerves. Cmon chase you can do better !

I love using this app. Keeps me informed and I’m able to make the payments when I’m ready.

The app details does not tally with my paper statement. It’s like a month behind, it’s not current. After I pay the current total balance, and with a few charges it would show a “current balance” much bigger than the new charges. I am having a hard time reconciling but I give up and will give up my Chase credit card as well.

Being a victim of identity theft in 2009, I had no desire to utilize online access to anything. However, I gave it a chance and I don’t regret my decision. I’m now able to manage my money much better and it’s helpful in managing my credit cards accounts as well.
