big disappointment – Chase Mobile®: Bank & Invest Review

first time going thru fraud and chase decided not to help me even with enough evidence.The supervisor named terrence kept repeating that it has been over 60 days, but how was i suppose to know that.The people i had talk to that did the fraud told me to wait about six months to see a change in my credit i waited then my school loan started sending me emails that i needed to get back on my payments…so im just wondering if they keep repeating this 60 day rule why couldnt they just tell me no in the first conversation we had instead of getting my hopes up giving me credit and ten days later get the money tooken out my account…i had really high hopes just cuz of the evidence i relly thought chase was going to help instead they just denied me help
