Forced updates should only be for security issues. And it should tell you so. Now it contains disruptive ads for chase services. Unable to report fraudulent transactions
Fix your online check deposit

Depositing online checks is such a hassle with chase. Three times my uploads were not accepted. The picture quality of the uploaded checks is terrible, even though when I take a photo and submit it looks great. They hit me with 3, $12 return charges because of the bad quality of photos the app takes.

Why is the mobile deposit capped at $7k — very inconvenient for someone who doesn’t have a local branch!! Ugh

It’s not intuitive. Trying to book a hotel using points and the app regularly crashes and signs me out. There is no way to resume a reservation.
Not covering debit cards

This pandemic has been going on for over 2 years now. Chase has been extremely nice to its patrons until now when someone needs to put there debit card and use it. Chase has always received there money from me with unemployment and disability or what ever I have paid my bills with and now you have cut that off recently shame on you and shame on all the people that are receiving benefits. I have not received my stimulus package but Nonresident have been getting whatever they need
