Purposely rearranges transactions to ensure that you will get an overdraft fee.

This bank purposely rearranges transactions to ensure that you will get an overdraft fee. You’re only able to have that reversed three times in a year after that you have to get a charge of $35 for every negative transaction that you have unless you pay it all back before 11 o’clock that night. I’ve been dealing with this for years and I’ve officially had enough. I bank with capital one now because regardless how far you are in the negatives, they do not charge an overdraft fee.

I like the Chase CARDS’ online and app experience. Two particular, though seemingly simple, things you do are 1. showing the the next closing date and 2. showing a total of the current pending charges. Other cards don’t always do this and it’s annoying to have to figure those thing out. So kudos to Chase!!!

Not enough people in the office that know what they are doing, I enjoy technology but my wife not so much we are both in our 70s and when we need help it’s not fun when your staff also need help!!!!
