Ultimate rewards through the Chase is worthless – Chase Mobile®: Bank & Invest Review

Doesn’t work. What’s the point of having ultimate rewards if you can’t book anything? How can a bank as big as Chase get this wrong. Infuriating!!!! You’re now forcing me to book travel through your app and it doesn’t work.
