I keep getting the error message “You are not connected to a network”when I open the chase app on my iPhone 12.

Although, I made a lots of transactions with the app and online banking My online account blocked for sending a very small fund via Quickpay/Zelle feature. I have been actively using the app. Ordering new card, having phone calls with Chase. I respond every call/text/email to avoid suspicous activity thing. Now due to using this apps feature, I get a blockage where I cannot get help thru app/online or phone. Online app forcing you to make a physical trip in pandemic is horrible as it gets!

MAJOR FLAW — NOTIFICATIONS LACK SOUND

Alerts are great, but they are delivered silently. Other credit card apps have the ability to have sound as part of the alert process (or notification on the Apple Watch) — which is an important feature to fight fraud. But for some reason this app does not have Sounds as part of the Notifications options/preferences. The only reason I am keeping my Citi Mobile app is that they have them (so I am keeping a Citi card). I will be deciding which card to keep (I don’t need both) and while I would prefer to keep the Chase card, the lack of sound with notifications seems to me to be a major security gap. Otherwise, the app is fantastic.

Chase is a way to say just say find a way to fixed yourself and have to take days off every time you run into a problem and customer service “24/7-365” is a bluff not to say the least they can do is answer the phone calls that you scheduled with them ahead of time is funny how I was able to go out with a card ever sense I open my account I was only able to use Apple Pay but my Zelle was link to my other account which would it cause that the money that was send to me wouldn’t go to the other account when I get money send to me and I have to double work and the Zelle sends me to chase and chase well what can I say chase is chase


Can’t do anything

I am updated on the app and it will not let me make a payment or even contact support. I work in it and support an app and I am stuck at a dead end. Not ideal from the support perspective. I did uninstall and reinstall and still get an error. ‘Looks like this isn’t working’


Waaaaaay too many and too frequent updates to app

They really need to stop tweaking the app with useless features. So annoying to login to pay card and it says “sorry, you must update app before proceeding”. Happens nearly every time I log in. MAKE IT STOP!!!!!!

Chase as a bank is ok.. but the app has gone in the same direction that Yahoo has; bloated w ads and unnecessary nonsense. Im tired of corporations automating suggestions. I can think for myself thank you very much. Also, I would rather use my phone storage for MY media instead of your $0.03 off when you spend 10k offers. Whats more disappointing is that most dont realize what happening and they mindlessly update. Shame on you corporate!
