I’m a fan of Chase but lots of bugs with this updated app. It takes me more taps to get to the most common sections on the app and the hotel search keeps bugging (it incorrectly marks hotels as sold out half the time).

Don’t get me wrong, I love this app. Well I used to love this until I got an Amex. Holy moly! They let me pay small transactions anytime, which INSTANTLY reflects on my available credit. And I’m still racking up rewards. So until Chase gets with the program, y’all are getting 2 stars. Thanks for your time

Overall the app is great. Great UI and never have issues with it. I think the biggest thing missing is being able to narrow your search results on previous and posted charges by vendor and the ability to search by keywords when looking through my account balance. With the way vendors process online orders that have different shipping dates, it’s often difficult to keep track of posted and pending charges that change and then drop off. Is that something the product team can get spun up? Please and thank you!

No issues. Customer service has solved any instances of fraud and sent me a new card. Easy.
No longer works, been over a month

Ever since iOS 14 came out, the mobile Chase app no longer works on my iPhone XR. Uninstalled and reinstalled many times, but when ever I attempt to log in it says “Chase App is temporarily unavailable, thank you for your patience” well I don’t have anymore patience for this issue as no update has come out to fix this for me. I can only check my balance by signing into Chase via a web browser. Until an update comes this app is just a waste of space on my phone...

The won’t open for me at all after the update. It loads forever then closes out.
