Compared to Robin Hood, You Invest account is very glitchy. You would think $1 trillion bank would have a better user experience on their investment account.

Easy on the eyes, nice app Negative credit balance is red though...really...that could mislead people. It should be green. Just a thought.

New account bonus page (savings) can result in losing bonus

Though the app is mostly good, but New account bonus page shows you false information (for Savings account). It showed me that I met the requirement of depositing money, though in fact I didn’t (which I knew too late from customer service representative). The app told me to keep money for 90 days to get the bonus, but when almost 90 days ended, it suddenly showed that I am not eligible for the bonus. As a result I lost 300$ and they made me to keep solid amount of money without any outcome for me. BTW it still shows that ‘deposit money’ requirement is completed.

Had to update so I could deposit a check. But updating keeps stalling. On my fourth try. Frustrating.
