Missing customization for UI elements. Too much white space from the "today," "yesterday" etc headings. Too bad as I get the Mac app on SetApp so would have paid the $20 for this one. On to the other email apps. Wish Apple would just add Snooze to stock Mail app

Hi. I’m not sure how to contact you. I’m in the midst of a trial and just discovered that I can’t create new folders unless I do it on a Mac. I would like to recommend that you add this ability in iOS, as most people I know have iPhones but work on PCs. Thanks!

I needed an email app that pushes a notification immediately for a specific email account. I use this app for a single address that is dedicated to very important and time sensitive emails. It has failed me over and over again, notifying me too late.

I found this through setapp on my MacBook and fell in love with this mail client. The ability to filter through garbage and easily delete old emails is amazing!

I bought the full version of this mail app as I absolutely loved it….It has been a great mail app until 4 days ago.. I have been deleting the same emails that I deleted 4 days ago. Annoying because I use canary wit my MacBook and iPad… so having to delete these same emails on everything is quite tedious…. I have reached out for help and have yet to hear back… disappointed.

It should not be such that, I send email from address X, I get a response, and replying to that response sends from address Y. And there are loads of little things like that. The app has some neat things but everything seems like 80% finished.

I don’t like that the swipe isn’t a fluid motion. When you swipe there is a pause that requires another more intentional swipe. It’s slows the process down of actually swiping.

The app, whether on my Mac or iPhone, stops syncing and the only way to retrieve my emails is to restart the app. Not very reliable. I also paid $10 for the upgrade on my phone and then had to pay another $10 for the same app on my Mac. I would have happily paid $20, but not for an app that requires several restarts during the day in order to retrieve my emails.
