Great support as well. Worth the price. The app itself is great. I use it for gmail who I also have aliases and a personal domain. All of it works flawlessly and notifications are always on time. The app is snappy and just all around does email. It’s like having a real email client on iOS and iPad os. I haven’t yet gotten the watch app to work at all and support wasn’t able to assist with that but since the app works I’ll wait it out as I assume it’ll get fixed eventually. The watch notifications work fine though.

Great app with exception of search feature which just freezes and crashes the app on iPad Pro. Buggers cause that’s kinda an essential feature.

After enabling the sync feature on both my Mac and my phone it wasn't syncing, then after finally setting up all my email accounts, it erased all of them and synced the 1 email account that was on my phone. After that little hiccup everything worked fine and as I added them on my Mac they immediately appeared on my phone. The UI looks nice, and the app seems very fast so far. Will edit this review if anything changes.

Downloaded app, logged in to my accounts, accounts won’t show up on Apple Watch like they said it would.

Search shows results from all accounts. Also, data usage is way too high.

Let me preface with that I hit the bullet and purchased the MacOS client and love it. However I am scared to do the same, especially at the steep price of $20 for a mobile app, because there are some questionable things that I don’t know are bugs or intended results. Like, if I’m in an email and delete it the app locks instead of going back to the inbox or going to the next email. Also it’s weird how the Lock Screen only shows TouchID... I mean it’s totally cosmetic but it’s weird. Most apps are will appropriately reflect your device, and show FaceID for those compatible. I don’t know. I don’t feel confident in paying to upgrade. I want to be considering I know the desktop app is superb. I’ll wait and see how updates go in the near future. Edit: Oh also the watchOS app doesn’t work at all. I don’t know if that’s a paid feature or not. Would’ve been nice to see how that worked. But I guess not. And yes, I am one of the weirdos that has a “Work” watch face where I like my email client complication front and center.

Overall the app is great in fact it’s one of the email apps I have ever used. The problem that I’m having is it will not open excel files consistently.

For most of the emails I receive, 3/4ths of the email is cut off. I have to go to Apple’s default mail app just to read my emails. This has been an issue for the past year, and through several iOS and Canary mail updates.

Canary is an ok enough service; however, the developer does not disclose that a license must be purchased for each platform (i.e., $20 for MacOS and another $20 for iOS). Imagine having to pay Spotify or Netflix a separate fee for each device. Having learned the hard way that Canary is a bad deal, I discovered Airmail and am immediately impressed by the UI and overall experience. Will be happy to pay the annual fee for the Airmail service. Update: I've been using Airmail (premium) for a few days now and it's vastly superior and worth every penny. Also, unlike Canary, Airmail is one price and works across all platforms. Canary: if you had a less deceptive business model, I never would have discovered Airmail. Peace out.
