Canary doesn’t support Exchange ActiveSync I am sorry I bought it. Apparently it only supports the IMAP protocol, which is not enabled on our servers. So, doesn’t work for me. They should not advertise Exchange support.

Navigation and UI are solid. Nice features to help me manage email. My favorite is probably being able to link to a specific email outside of the the app.
Good but buggy

It’s a good email app but has serious bugs. UI glitches, email indexing issues, links don’t open randomly in emails (but then do after force quit) etc., lots of weird bugs and behavior. I want to support canary and do use the app on iOS, iPadOS and macOS, but honestly it’s a struggle a lot of the time.

Purchased Canary because the UI looks great but the email issue for me is extremely disappointing - Not sure if this can be resolved through tech or app update...

Not sure why but last few releases have been toilet releases. Doesn’t work cross device accounts. Paid top dollar for features that don’t work. It downloads emails on first time entering password but after that it fails with every device needs new app password for iCloud. Same with my school exchange server just doesn’t work. I continue to get notifications of new emails, ya awesome, except the app doesn’t work i have to delete account and reconnect to get the new emails…… Don’t waste your money I find this app useless and annoying. Note i’m actually trying this on my macbook air and it’s failing now just as always says queued to fetch emails but nothing infinite hangs so this is mac, iphone and ipad it’s a core flaw in the app total garbage.

I have tried most all of the popular email apps and found all of them lacking one or more features I want in an email app. Then I discovered Canary and thought oh well I’ll give it a try. I used it a few days and became more appreciative of it as I learned the features and ease of use. Not only does it beat all of the popular email apps on features but the big bonus is that my mail is encrypted in and out. AND the cost is unbelievable for this feature rich and secure app. Too if you like to support independent developers you will be doing that by buying the Canary app. The dominance of the “Big Box” corporations that want to capture you for life with related apps, tracking and spying on you will take notice as they begin to lose a bit of their popularity. By the way, this is an unsolicited review from a happy user.
