I am a pro plan user and it would be nice to be able to use the stories scheduler, paying $99/month for that feature is absolutely absurd.

I love this app but having to reconnect it constantly has put a hold on scheduling our post. I love buffer but we have to find something more reliable.
No Access to Google My Business

Build doesn’t provide access to Google my Business. Their $15 a month “pro” tool only allows one user. We compared it to our SkyrocketClicks.com App. And the SkyrocketClicks.com app offers more: - Social Media content management, - Social marketing and advertising integration, - Website analytics integration, - All major social media platforms, - Calendaring and direct scheduling, -Most importantly unlimited users, - A dedicated account representative, and - Much more.

So far I like the app but it won’t let me post and add my google business page or my Yelp and those are also important. Please let us add more accounts ?
No grid layout, kind of a deal breaker

No grid layout. I don’t understand these Instagram planning apps with no layout? They do allow you to upload videos which was why I was going to switch over to this app, but without the grid layout it will not do.
What’s the point??

This app keeps posting my scheduled posts early even though I set a specific time. What even is the point of scheduling it??

When the new sign in methods came into play, I wasn't concerned. I had signed up with an email address in the first place, I always do when the option is available. Didn't use this for a while as I had no need, open it last week and boom. Account is gone. Try signing in on desktop website/safari extension. Same situation. I reach out for help and am told over and over for a week straight that I don't have an account. Y'all DELETED IT. FOR NO REASON. Never been so frustrated with a support experience of this kind outside of battling Tumblr for 5 years to get my original account back and Wordpress' terrible support system. I'm putting Buffer in this same bucket now. I don't know who told tech people they're all smart, but this is a boneheaded move. I didn't even get an email from you guys about the sign in system change. I haven't gotten any emails from you in a while until last week and I'm so disappointed with this whole experience that I'm not using your platform anymore. It's not that it's bad quality, it's just clear you're not doing enough communication and QA to make this viable. Someday that's going to come back to bit y'all in the foot and I'm not gonna sit around waiting to get burned a second time.
