Share sheet not working

Buffer is not showing up in the iOS share sheet any more. That makes it very difficult to add articles to the queue for posting.

Reconnecting issue not resolved.

For a week I was completely in love with this app. Seamless auto scheduling post to Instagram Facebook and Twitter. It was exactly what I was looking for and I even purchased an account for the additional features. Then for some reason I suddenly can’t seem to reconnect to my Instagram profile through my Facebook account. For two days I chase my tail asking for assistance and being directed to the same guidance which I did several times and With no change. At this point I’m losing traction with how regularly I was posting and I can’t afford to wait another two days to get the same piece of advice over and over and over again. Really disappointed to end my account after such a promising start but a total lack of support will make me leave every time.

I have used buffer on and off for years! I’ve used it for large and small businesses, now I use it for my own small business!

Houzz

Would be nice if you added houzz and YouTube to your buffers, if they will give you the rights to, it would bring more people to your platform.

Been using this app for a year or so now, and I must say I’m a huge fan. User friendly, easy to navigate and schedule posts. Has everything I need honestly!

Doesn’t update if you have premium

App doesn’t update if you pay to upgrade - which makes the added tools unusable.

iPad app does not work

The iPhone app loads correctly, but the iPad app does not connect to Twitter accounts.

Set up

Just downloaded. Went to set up and every time i went to create a password, the keyboard would go blank. Tried restarting my phone and reinstalling, still happened. May wait for the next update and try again.

Endlessly Spammed

I downloaded this app to try it out. Then I began receiving email I DO NOT want and have UNSUBSCRIBED multiple times, nevertheless I keep getting spammed endlessly. Next up will be a blacklist.

So many glitches and problems using this app, it randomly will fail or disconnect from accounts and is just extremely unreliable. I’ve had a lot of issues and it’s come to a point that I just can’t rely on Buffer anymore because it’s starting to impact my relationship with my clients... I’ll definitely be finding a different more trust worthy app to trust for my business.
