Updated often and support is thorough and practically real-time. Scheduling, reordering, composing, all a breeze. Must have for all serious social media users. Would be great if they could add direct messaging and ability to download, save, re-post past tweets. Facebook interface not as great as Twitter but I'm sure they'll catch up.
