With every update Buffer is getting more broken. Can’t add images from URLs. Or from camera roll. And it got really slow. Probably time to start looking for an alternative.

I used to use this for everything & it worked for what I needed but lately I don’t know what the problem is but suddenly the number of things Buffer CAN’T do has exceeded the things it CAN do so I’ve just switched to a different service.

App gives unexpected issues in sharing posts on Facebook and connecting the business Instagram account. Have tried many times but no luck!

I schedule posts with buffer daily on my iPhone and iPad but lately I've been having trouble uploading videos only from my iPad but I don't have this issue on my iPhone. I have an 32gb iPad 5th gen and iPhone 8 128gb both running the latest iOS 13 version.

Buffer is the best!!!! It helps me efficiently use my volunteer time for my alumni and church groups. And they have been improving it the last 2+ years since I started using it.

Being able to preview your Instagram grid has been a pro feature for as long as I’ve had buffer. They updated it to shop grid recently which was neat but not something I would use. All the sudden shop grid is a premium and up feature with no ability to just preview your planned Instagram feed. Over the past year they have done this with quite a few features. If you do use this app don’t get attached or used to any features cause they remove them with out warning.

Buffer picked a bad time during the health crisis to get greedy at $15.99/mo for the pro plan. This is horrible and unacceptable. And they hold you hostage by locking up accounts making it difficult to post messages until you change your plan, a cyber repo man taking your social media hostage. I deleted the app after using it for two years. A shame. Buffer also makes it very difficult to get customer support either in an email or a leave a message box. This is disappointing. They give you a litany of DIY boxes Facebook style, but when you’ve run put of options there’s no options to get help! BEWARE!!
