How not to make an app

Cumbersome, annoying, desperately antiquated. If you had any doubts about flying BA, this app will confirm all of them.

The app is still crashing wen I select the booking option...it will load for few seconds n then the app exits by itself.

Keeps logging me out seconds before I log-in with the error that “The Login is no longer valid”. Worthless, unusable app.

Dear BA Do please fix the problem, it always take me out of the Application when I’m trying to book .. Again just fix it .
App has many bugs. Other airlines’ apps work better!

The latest update has only managed to lose my next booking. I’ve tried to manually load in the booking reference, but the app claims it is already being displayed... which it is not. I fly regularly and on various airlines. Lufthansa has a great app, so does KLM. BA’s however has been riddled with issues. The update claims these have bee fixed but I have immediately encountered a serious one, which leaves me skeptical. Another frustration is that flights to places like Spain and Ireland are often operated by other airlines, even if you have bought the ticket from BA. In this case the BA app doesn’t work. I bought a BA ticket, and now I have none of the functionality... and often no ability to pick my seat either! Get your act together BA!

I rarely leave reviews but after installing the latest update the app crashes while searching for flights. Really ? Are users expected to put up with this crap ? Effing amateurs
