Been using the app for years. Works beautifully on my iPhone. Does everything it's supposed to and more.

99% of the time you have to click check in on your email then collect the pass on the app. Why in the hell would you have an app to just do that? Wouldn't you just email it? The website is horrible as well. Seems like BA got an intern to make their technology.

Have no issues with app, I can purchase, online check in and track my flight status with ease. Have never had an issue with the app.

People complain all the time if you can't used don't used the apps last 5 years used and work so far best try other apps and airlines. Good lock.

Called BA to let them know that the app doesn't work and neither does their website in terms of finding your bookings. They advised they were aware and that many people have the same problem with the app and I should just get to the airport early and check in there...BA's app is emblematic of the airline's steep decline in quality.

I have given this app many tries throughout several updates. It has failed to find my bookings using the appropriate reference codes and has incorrect information for my Executive account. The website is more reliable and I will continue using either TripCase or FlightAware for the flight information. Such a shame this app cannot work properly particularly after so many updates.
