Excellent Customer Service

I have called several times and am always greeted promptly and professionally. I did notice that there are 2 different toll-free phone numbers listed but only 1 actually connects to a person. Everything else is great with AtlanticBB. Craig in FLA

Tengo 2 meses llamándo el servicio al cliente y nunca responde nadie osea para hacerte pagar son súper puntuales al momento q el cliente necesita ayuda nadie responde Estoy muy decepcionada y no veo la hora de poder salir de este servicio

I sat on hold for over an hour and a half. Once I finally got through to tech support, they WERE very knowledgeable and helpful. Another problem I have with this provider is their program guide is never accurate. It lists the wrong television programs for time slots frequently. I wish they’d get their act together. Unfortunately, my homeowner’s association switched from Comcast. (Whose wait on hold was just as bad, but things worked just fine 95% of the time) Given a choice I would go back to Comcast.
Can't even log on

Home page asks for user ID and password. I was able to recover my user ID by inputting my account number and address. However I was unable to recover my password as it asks for my email address which is not recognized. Guess I’ll call customer service and wait on the line for 45 minutes. ?
The app doesn’t work

I’ve tried to delete the app and reinstall several times but it still doesn’t work. Kinda disappointed honestly.
