Why make an app and never check to see if it works?!? Who knows maybe they have and they just didn’t fix it. ??♀️
The improvements made it unusable

You have no control over the guide display, so you have to select each channel separately, can’t see the whole grid at once like on TV. The worst is when you download shows from your DVR, they are sorted by the date you downloaded, not by show, not by episode, and there are no folders.

It’s a shame how every other business can have a working app and you can’t even log on to this one.

As others have said, this doesn’t open. No matter at home on WiFi or LTE. iPhone or iPad. Also have their “250” mgps services and 95% of the time get 10-15 mgps. If I could change I would.

Opened once but wouldn’t give any channel listings. Closed out of app now it won’t let be back in.

Use to never accept my credentials. Now it recognizes me and will let me play my shows but only sound no video even when in high band WiFi area. Step in right direction but still little value and not what it should be but slowly moving in right direction

I have tried this repeatedly to no avail. Not surprised it doesn’t work as advertised. Few things Atlantic work as advertised. Just another unfulfilled promise.

Does not function at all. Can’t sign in, been a customer for years but clearly this app does not work.
