Can't even log on – Breezeline TV Review

Home page asks for user ID and password. I was able to recover my user ID by inputting my account number and address. However I was unable to recover my password as it asks for my email address which is not recognized. Guess I’ll call customer service and wait on the line for 45 minutes. ?
