My fiancé and I have been trying to login with our username and password and it keeps saying era! But we are putting in the right information! What is going on!

This never works! Always says it can’t stream bc there’s a network problem!? AtlanticBB is my network! I’ve been tried just using my unlimited cellular data. Nothing. Also, I cannot use any other TV apps, Like Nat geo. It always says needs to re-authenticate!? My phone is signed in with AtlanticBB provider. It’s very frustrating bc I never watch any TV and when I would like to I can’t.

It won’t let me login, it keep on saying there’s an issue connecting to TiVo and so I retry it and then it eventually takes me to login again. This app would be great if it actually worked!
App does not work

The app keeps telling me to connect to a network, even though I am connected to my home network with 100% connectivity. Atlantic Broadband did not think this through. Shouldn’t offer an app without ensuring it will do what you promise. Super disappointed. This pales in comparison to the Xfinity app.

With Atlantic broadband, you pay for cable and restricted streaming to your mobile device. This streaming is incredibly inconsistent, because you can have a solid WiFi connection with no other devices/apps using connection having the issue, but it just freezes and spins. Ten feet from the router, buffering. 100 feet from the router, it buffers. 250DL speed, so one can see that not being the issue. Improvements are definitely needed so that customers can use services to the full potential. WiFi on your own network should not be required, because a VPN is a solid internet security option, which restricts you from using the app.

[Update] I contacted Atlantic Broadband and spent hours trying to troubleshoot. After iOS 14 update, the App says I’m not at home, even though I am and connected to the same internet as the TiVo box. I have no issue steaming via Desktop Web App — only iOS and after the latest update. Even before iOS 14, I would randomly be denied streaming access because the App thinks I’m not home. Garbage app. [Update] this version doesn’t work with iOS 14 The latest build with iOS 13 forces me to run the TiVo receiver setup every time I connect to the app. It’s also very slow and often doesn’t find the receiver. Update: it’s now Nov 2021, and I still have the same problem. AtlBB has been to my home several times and has not fixed the issue nor even come close to identify the issue.
Can’t login to online portal through app

I cannot log in to the app. It says Bad Credentials. I can log into the main page and even changed my password in attempt to reset the app. I’m paying for HBO so I can watch HBO Max while I’m traveling for work. I’m limited in my area as far as cable providers go, that said I will cut my nose off to spite my face. The monthly charges are as much as the large providers but I never had any issues w their apps. I cannot get ahold of anyone at tech support. Had an online chat w someone who kept telling me to use my login and password for at least an hour. That was after spending 3.5 hours in the Que. If you advertise something, it should work! Especially if I’m paying for it. This is unacceptable!!

With this app you are only able to watch anything on the app if you are in the house. I think that with the app if you are not in your house and you want to look at something on the app you should be able to do that regardless of if you are near the router or not. Other cable companies allow their customers to be able to view content on the app when they are not near the router.
