Doesn’t let me sign in. Says sign in error. Everything seems such a mission with this company... what are we paying all this monthly payments for if I can’t even watch my 90 days fiancé ?‍♀️


Only works with home WiFi

Unable to connect. Sign in failed. Is this even an app? Received advice to reset password. I’m still laughing. Also have the android version, also not working and never received a response. Worst app ever.


I have a head service for 15 years

You can’t get a hold of anyone on the phone. Each time I have tried to contact by phone, it’s been an hour at least on the phone waiting for somebody to pick up! You go down to their office and the doors are shut and locked! How in the world do you turn in the crummy equipment and turn off my service! Prices are sky high and they’re not worth the trouble of trying to even use their service!

Had the service for a while now and customer service is really lacking. The App is even worse. When you try to login it keeps kicking me out. I have tried from many different devices over the years with this app and none can get past the login page. I keep trying every few months but still no luck


Online and phone service is subpar

Unable to chat with a rep. Seems to understaffed. Why offer the option if no one is available. Very difficult to navigate on their webpages, seems to be a mismatch of different pages. Does not flow well. The TV menu appears generations behind what Comcast/xfiniti offer. Unfortunately, it’s the only option in my area.
