I like the changes to the app and being able to deep-link directly to other apps. Being able to watch VOD is pretty cool too.
New App is amazing!
Luck lasted
The new changes allows it to stream video on demand with anything I’m subscribed to. The last version of the app didn’t leave much to be desired, but this new one hasn’t dropped me at all! I travel a lot so this makes everything so much more convenient. I’m about 24 hours in and loving it.

I cannot even log into the app, previous versions worked pretty well but this new update has serious problems.

Cloud 9 and a Half
I cannot login using my credentials, it keeps trying to upload some data, but it does not progress. Attempted to fix it by deleting, rebooting phone and downloading it again, to no avail.

Hard to rate an app when you cannot get in. I have tried multiple times on different times and different hours. No trouble logging into the website but the app never works for me.

I used this app when out of town. Recently tried to open it and it will not load. Useless if it doesn’t load while at home and next to my modem.

This is literally the worst app I have ever attempted to use. If I could give zero stars I would. I have tried using this app numerous times and every time it says my account number is not a recognized account number. I’ve been a customer for years. I won’t be reinstalling with hopes that whatever is wrong has been fixed! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!
It won’t open
no nickname will work lol
It accepts my credentials then a blue line on top just keeps going back and forth it will not open. Extremely frustrating but what should I have expected from this company.

No problem downloading, or logging in, but it just loads and loads. Never launches. Here’s my entire interaction with online support Just download the abb iPhone app for on demand video.
