App is horrible as is wait on customer service – Breezeline TV Review

I sat on hold for over an hour and a half. Once I finally got through to tech support, they WERE very knowledgeable and helpful. Another problem I have with this provider is their program guide is never accurate. It lists the wrong television programs for time slots frequently. I wish they’d get their act together. Unfortunately, my homeowner’s association switched from Comcast. (Whose wait on hold was just as bad, but things worked just fine 95% of the time) Given a choice I would go back to Comcast.
