Multi speaker non functioning as usual

Apparently this app and the speakers it controls is great...if you only want to use one speaker at a time. I have three Bose 10 speakers and they have not played together in months. After the last update they worked until the app forced me to update the speakers also. Guess what! Now they don’t work at all again. I have wasted so many hours reconnecting the speakers that I feel Bose owes me money for my time and possibly therapy. This app is the absolute worst, and it’s a pain to use. Who wants to see every track by an artist in alphabetical order instead of by album? This app is terrible on the small scale and the large scale. I wish I’d never heard of Bose. If I could give this app zero stars I would. Negative stars. Boo, Bose. Boo.
Apple play?!

Two complaints and they are kinda big. Every time I update the software I cannot connect my speakers. This is very annoying. Second complaint is lack of Apple Play.. you advertised months ago next update would have it.. nothing yet. Your app and connectivity issues are subpar. You are slowly tarnishing the Bose brand!

This app has had its own issues over the times. There were updates that brought many crashes. Now it seems to be doing a lot better. I wish the app was commanding Alexa instead of the other way around.

Best sound from small speaker than many I’ve had or heard. Typical BOSE quality, worth the slightly higher price than similar products. Love the ability to control and stream from my I Phone and Pad. Also have an “Alexa”, nice gimmick but sound quality not even close.

I always wanted to get a Bose system and I can say it lives up to its reputation. The sound clarity and base is amazing. Also the Bose app to play internet radio, via bluetooth any music is great and handy. Love the system.

Sound touch requires a lot understanding. Not as easy to operate as I had hope. Still learning and try to use on my wave radio. Overall It is the Bose wireless sound that I am use to since 1984. I would recommend to everyone. Harold R Craig Greensboro NC 3/3/2017
