Look at all reviews on Amazon where people buy the speakers. Everyone hates it. These ratings are fixed. I have rated this 4 times now and they keep deleting them. Speakers are great when they work, but they never do because of this app. This app is the worst. We bought all new Bose speakers thinking this was great. It’s awful. A waste of money. We are now changing to Sonos in all our homes.
Updates have made app terrible

The updates made to this app over the past few years have made it difficult to control speakers. It has a hard time connecting to my devices. It won't let me skip songs in pandora AT ALL even when I just turned it on. Navigating between two speakers is cumbersome. Oftentimes i can't link the two speakers together because it can't seem to find one. This didn't happen before they did an overhaul to the entire format of the app. I have reviewed it each time the app updates and asks. But every time there is an update the app gets worse. Of late, I thought the issue I was experiencing was due to needing to upgrade but there isn't an upgrade out there.

The app won’t play and says I need to update through the App Store, but when I go to the App Store it just opens the app and there is no update available. So frustrating!
Needs more common sense audio levels

There is a persistent problem though with the volume. There is the comfortable range of listening that this app blows past when you try to change the volume. It goes from a little too quiet and with one click the volume jumps way too high. I have to use my Bose speaker remote to get the audio levels I enjoy. The Bose remote has about eight clicks for every one click of volume from this app. Pleased add more adjustability for the volume.

I’ve restarted my iPhone 8, but still can’t use my app. No music for me :(
