This is the greatest Bose we own and we own four other units. We love this so-go speaker. We want more!!!!

BOSE hands down steals in the audio quality department. I think their SoundTouch app works pretty well too. The Alexa skill needs help. Once they get that smoothed out, it’ll be the best Wi-Fi/Bluetooth multi room system on the market. I am really hoping for the Airplay 2 patches when it goes live as well!!! Crossing fingers ?

The last few updates have made the software 10 times better. However, still glitches too often; freezes or won't play music from my iTunes library

We’ve had ours for a few years. Sometimes it gets a little futzy and my phone won’t recognize it which is frustrating. overall, has good sound.

So I’m highly disappointed. After trying the (2) Sonos Ones and their Play 3. I found out the Wifi system lacked the mirroring effect of a bluetooth speaker (for guest or playing youtube), but I loved the Alexa integration of the Ones and their sound quality was excellent. I couldn’t let go of the fact the Bose had bluetooth capabilities along offering the “multiroom” wifi connection. I returned the less expensive sonos speakers to try the more expensive (2) Bose SoundTouch 10. I was surprisingly happy by the sound of these speakers and the app was decent but the flawless multiroom wifi connection does not work. I’ve been on the forums trying everything to rectify this situation. It seems like people have been on the community blogs complaining about a faulty update since October ‘17 this has not been fixed. I’m soo disappointed. I really wanted this to work out. Btw never had any issues playing the same song in every room at the same time with the Sonos speakers the design was flawless. If this could be perfected Bose would be on top of there game. Long but hope this helps someone from wasting as much as time trying to find a great quality product. That January update was useless.

Is this app ever going to work properly? $500 for a speaker that I constantly have to connect to Bluetooth anyway. It’s been on my network for over 2 years and it’s always hit or miss. Mainly miss. Restored it countless times. I gave up and now solely use the Bluetooth option. I love the speaker, hate this interface.

I have an older Bose Bluetooth speaker and can’t seem to locate instructions on how to connect the two speakers? This has been the only negative thus far.

Once you Bose, you can’t stop; you crave for more. I’ve been a fan of Bose for more than 10 years now. The clarity is on point and the bass is more than enough when watching movies; especially on my 4K Ultra HD TV. Enough said!!!!
