Bose needs to fix this product for earbuds to charge - Bose is aware of the problem but are ignoring the user community.

Helps my sleep, great customer service

rosaluu

This product have improved my health by helping fall asleep. There have been issues but Bose customer service was very helpful, even replacing my sleep buds with a new one.

Life changing

Great product - takes some getting used to if you’re a side sleeper but worth it. Would love a guided meditation option in the app so I don’t have to get out of the app & remove my sleep buds to listen to my meditation app.

Great, but....

sleeples in the east

I got these because I am a light sleeper and everything wakes me up. I love the way they fit and I kinda like the window seat audio but I find that I use my Bluetooth head phones instead because I can stream 11 hrs of adult hypnotic sleep stories off utube coupled with music from another app. I would love these better if an audio was added that was adult sleep stories with some music behind them. The current sounds do well at cancelling out noises but don’t help me sleep.

Save my settings

I have never listened to anything other than WARM STATIC and will never listen to anything other than WARM STATIC yet 4 out of 5 times I have to scroll over to it because it is not already set up. Please please save the settings associated with an alarm.

Thank you Bose!!

After my husband retired from his steady night turn, I found out how much he snored! I tried a number of products and found the Bose earbuds. They are comfortable, and allow me to get a restful sleep. Setting an alarm is easy and never fails. Thanks for a superior product! (Please just add a few more noise canceling sounds)

Great product. Definitely gets better every update.

This app now supports alarms, sleep timers, and a couple other components I enjoy. The only real feature that seems to be missing is a larger sound library, the ability to mix sounds (like many other sleep-sound apps) or to load custom audio onto the earbuds. I’d love to have my fav sleep inducement track, audio meditation guide, and/or a white noise on these things.

Incredibly Buggy

jwbnyc

This app is almost completely unuseable running on a currently updated iphone. Bose has added so many features, without taking the time to debug their app, that it has become more and more difficult to get it to even recognise the sleepbuds, let alone fufull its primary purpose, to wit: helping people get some sleep. Add to that the fact that Bose apparently does not have a dedicated sleep app team working to improve its performance, and this is what you get. This is inexcusable from a company with Bose’ reputation. To them I will say: Update your app more frequently. It is not working properly. You really need to attend to this, all the time, not just when you have a spare moment.

Worth it

Michael Lawrence

They’re not cheap but they’ve made all difference for me in getting a good night’s sleep wherever I go. Super comfortable, easy to use and adjust, and with great battery life, there’s not a lot I’d change. The most annoying thing is when the app can’t find the earbuds and forces you to put them back in the case and plug the case in to reset them. It’d also be nice if they require the proprietary charging cable. Otherwise, I’ve got no complaints.
