Slow

Vulgar demos

Very slow to launch and connect. Usually greets you with incorrect error telling you to put buds in case.

Total junk, crashes on launch

MG4251

App crashes on launch, leaving product totally unusable. Shame on such a large, well regarded company for failing with easy task of software maintenance.

i use these everyday, i have a request

Edavis0014

they are expensive, but they do what they do magnificently. i love that all the sounds and alarms are onboard the actual bud, because i can sleep confidently knowing that my alarm is going to go off even if something happens to my phone. also, having my morning alarm in the ear buds has been a game changer for my gf. i also use the buds for a large part of my day for ambient noise. it helps me focus, and the ambient noises available are great. my sincere request is for an apple watch app. i would love to be able to control these buds from my watch. that way i don’t have to look at my phone at all before going to bed. thanks bose!

Unreliable

The speaker goes out and I have had to get them replaced twice now within a year. It’s frustrating because they make you send it back before they send you new ones so you have to be without them for about a month. It’s not my fault you can’t make a better product!

“Rustle” disappeared

Title. Where did my favorite noise masking sound go?!

Game changer!

I never write reviews but felt I had to in case these help someone like they’ve helped me. I have had trouble staying asleep as long as I can remember. Small noises wake me up and then I can’t get back to sleep. I tried these on a whim and now sleep much better than I have in 20 years. Ambien -0, Bose 1.

Reasonable app but annoying that it’s necessary

Blitztime

The sleep buds would be a much better product if they were at all usable without connecting through the app. Another thing that would greatly improve usability is if there was an Apple Watch companion app. When I’m about to go to bed, the last thing I want to do is to have to pick my phone back up again to enable my sleep buds! Overall the app does what it’s supposed to do and the interface is pretty good so it’s not all bad, hence the 3 stars.

We need a watch app

The best use case of a watch app, yet Bose decided to not build it.

Apple Music

Please engineer the app and buds to play Apple Music. Or a version that will play Apple Music Or a version that will play iHeart Radio Or a version that will play YouTube radio. Or a version that witplay all music. These I find are great because I can lay on my side sleeping and the sleep buds don’t crush my ears or head like apple AirPods or pros. Please make this happen. This a lot of money and great design to not allow my music whether from YouTube, iHeart radio, or Apple Music. I like that both ears side of the ear buds are connected separately because other regular buds Bluetooth gets cut off by being covered up by my pillow. The computer part of the buds are small enough to not get in the way like others who have designs that just don’t work for sleeping. The other thing I noticed is that the music does not match between menus in the Sleepbuds app. Please fix. I have all sounds turned off on my phone so I never get disturbed by unwanted alerts. My Apple Watch vibrates , I don’t wear it to bed so I don’t get disturbed. I leave it in my home office. Seems like the sleepbuds app was also was designed by beginners . Not smooth like apple products The sleepbuds app needs to have a button to choose whether to allow sounds from Apple Music or not. A switch to allow sounds from other sources on the phone or not. Also a button or switch to choose whether to allow notification sounds such as text, calls, or alarms, or not allow notifications of any kind.

More sounds?

I love the sleep buds but we need new sounds.
